Woodworking By Adam was contacted to Replace the customers existing emergency exit stairs due to rot and water damage. The existing stringers were heavily rotted and had to be removed Woodworking By Adam replaced the damaged stringers with metal stringers to remove the chance of rotting in the future. We then replaced the rotted stair treads and railings with fresh pressure treated lumber.
